Professor Sutep Gonlachanvit is the director of Gastrointestinal Motility Center,
Bumrungrad International Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand, a founder member and the past President of
the Asian Neurogastroenterology and Motility Association and the President of the Federation of
Neurogastroenetrology and Motility Meeting (FNM 2024). He is also a founder member of the Thai
Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society, a member of Rome Asian working team, a Member of
the Permanent Scientific Committee of the World Organization for Specialized Studies on Disease
of the Esophagus and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Neurogastroenterology and Motility.
His research area of interests include esophageal dysmotility, GERD, chronic constipation, effect of
foods on gastrointestinal functions, IBS, abdominal bloating and Overlapping DGBIs.
