Dr. Lim Su Lin is a distinguished leader in clinical nutrition and dietetics in Singapore. She is currently the Chief Dietitian at Asia Longevity and formerly held the role of Chief Dietitian and Head of Therapeutics (Allied Health & Pharmacy) at the National University Hospital (NUH). With over 30 years of experience, she is a seasoned clinician innovator whose work has transformed nutrition care and metabolic health outcomes in Singapore.
Dr. Lim has developed a highly effective, evidence-based weight management strategy that integrates nutrition therapy, mobile health, online coaching, and behavioural and lifestyle interventions. Her holistic approach has led to improved metabolic control and significant, sustainable health outcomes for patients with obesity, diabetes, and related conditions.
A strong advocate for preventive health, Dr. Lim conceptualized and led the development of three mobile applications – Nutritionist Buddy (nBuddy), nBuddy Diabetes, and nBuddy Keto – to empower users in weight management and diabetes control through real-time, personalized nutrition guidance. Drawing on her extensive clinical experience, scientific rigor, and passion for food, she also created HealthFull, a commercial line of healthy, low-carbohydrate, and flavourful ready-to-eat meals designed for weight loss and metabolic improvement.
