Assistant Professor Wee Khoon Ng is a senior consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. His expertise lies in advanced endoscopic procedures, including ERCP, cholangioscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic EUS, double balloon enteroscopy, video capsule endoscopy, and enteral stenting. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Director of Endoscopy at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He has a special interest in the usage of Artificial Intelligence to improve patient care.
Assistant Professor Ng is also passionate about medical education. As the immediate past National Healthcare Group (NHG) Internal Medicine Programme Director, he contributes actively to postgraduate medical education. Additionally, he serves as the Assistant Dean for the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at the National Technological University (NTU), focusing on undergraduate medical education.
