How Cheng Low

Dr Low How Cheng is a Senior Consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Department of Medicine, National University Hospital (NUH), and in the Adult Liver Transplantation Programme at the National University Centre for Organ Transplantation. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.

Dr Low obtained his medical degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and completed his masters of internal medicine and gastroenterology training in Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, and holds a Master of Health Professions Education from Maastricht University.

His clinical and academic interests include transplant hepatology, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), and general gastroenterology. He is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education and currently serves as Programme Director for the Gastroenterology Senior Residency at NUH.
