Ms Moh is a Nutrition Nurse at Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) with over two decades of exemplary service in healthcare. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (2003) and a Bachelor of Health Science (2006) from Singapore Institute of Management.
Ms Moh commenced her nursing career in 1999 and dedicated ten years to intensive care nursing, developing comprehensive expertise across multiple specialised units. Her clinical experience encompasses Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Burn ICU, and Paediatric ICU at Kandang Kerbau Hospital (KKH) in 2007. This diverse background in critical care has equipped her with exceptional clinical acumen and the ability to manage complex patient presentations across various age groups and medical conditions.
In 2013, Ms Moh demonstrated leadership by establishing the Transplant Centre at Singapore General Hospital (SGH). This centre provides comprehensive, seamless care for patients requiring renal, liver, bone marrow, and corneal transplants.
Since 2016, Ms Moh has been instrumental in developing and delivering enteral and parenteral nutrition services in Sengkang General Hospital. As a certified trainer for Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN), she has championed caregiver education programmes at SKH, empowering families to provide safe, effective nutritional support in the home environment. She operates a nurse-led nutrition clinic, providing specialised care for patients requiring enteral and parenteral nutrition support.
Ms Moh is a strong advocate for gastrostomy procedures in the long-term management of enteral nutrition, contributing to improved quality of life for patients with complex nutritional needs.
Staff training, research, and quality improvement initiatives form integral components of Ms Moh’s professional responsibilities. She has demonstrated her innovation capabilities through her leadership in groundbreaking projects. In 2024, she led the development of the “2 in 1 Gastrostomy Tube Side Loading Clamp with Securement Device,” which secured first place at the SingHealth Hack-A-Thorn 2024. Building on this success, she co-led the “Smart Ward Integration for Fast Transfers – Digital Handover Solution” project in 2025, achieving third place at SingHealth Hack-A-Thorn 2025.
Beyond her professional commitments, Ms Moh demonstrates her dedication to healthcare service through active volunteer work at nursing homes during her personal time, reflecting her commitment to improving care across the healthcare continuum.
