Macanas Ellien Grace Estrella graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Far Eastern University – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in the Philippines.
She started her professional journey as a Peri-Operative Nurse at FEU-NRMF Hospital, gaining early experience in surgical care and developing a thoughtful, patient-centred approach to her work.
Her career took a new direction when she moved to Singapore and joined Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Since 2018, she has been part of the Endoscopy Centre, contributing to the daily clinical flow and supporting a wide range of gastrointestinal procedures.
In her role as a Senior Staff Nurse, she continues to support the team through clinical work, mentoring, and maintaining high standards of care. Her experience across peri-operative and endoscopy settings has shaped a practice grounded in competence, teamwork, and a quiet commitment to patient well-being.
