Qin En is a Registered Nurse with one year of clinical experience at the Endoscopy Centre of KTPH. She had gained hands-on experience focus on patient-centered care across range of gastrointestinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Throughout her clinical experience, she had demonstrated the ability to support sedation monitoring and provide clear, empathetic patient education.
With an interest in advancing endoscopy nursing practice, she continues to expand her clinical knowledge through ongoing training, skills development and participation in departmental quality improvement initiatives which is the Kaizen project in the department.
