Dr. Terence Tan is a gastroenterologist and consultant at Singapore General Hospital.
Dr. Tan has a special interest in intestinal and multivisceral transplantation. To further this expertise, he completed a year-long fellowship at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, which performs the highest volume of these complex procedures in Europe. He is a transplant hepatologist with the SingHealth Liver Transplant Program, and is also currently working with the paediatric intestinal transplant program in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Beyond transplantation, Dr. Tan contributes to the hospital’s Nutrition Support Service in taking care of patients with intestinal failure
