Dr. Ho Dang Quy Dung received his medical degree from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and completed his Ph.D. in Medicine at the 108 Military Central Hospital in 2012. He currently serves as Head of the Digestive Endoscopy Department at Cho Ray Hospital. He is also Chairman of the Vietnamese Federation for Digestive Endoscopy (VFDE) and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Gastroenterology (VNAGE).
With more than 25 years of experience in gastrointestinal endoscopy, Dr. Dung has received advanced training in several countries, focusing on early gastric cancer detection, ERCP, and EUS. He remains dedicated to lifelong learning and the safe, effective application of endoscopic techniques in clinical practice.
As Chairman of VFDE and a Vice Chairman of VNAGE, he has contributed to the growth of digestive endoscopy in Vietnam through educational activities, training programs, and international collaboration. He is committed to supporting the professional development of Vietnamese endoscopists and to enhancing the quality of endoscopic care nationwide.
