Prof Anand Kulkarni

Dr. Anand V. Kulkarni is a senior consultant and director of critical care hepatology at the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad, India. He has completed his DM in Hepatology & Liver Transplantation from the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), Delhi. He was awarded thrice from AASLD (2017, 2021, 2022). He has more than 150 PubMed-indexed publications and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for numerous national and international journals. His main areas of research focus include alcohol-associated hepatitis, ACLF, HCC and LDLT.
