Dr Wang Lai Mun is a specialist in gastrointestinal, pancreaticobiliary, and liver pathology at Parkway Laboratory Services. She previously served as Consultant Pathologist at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, United Kingdom, and at Changi General Hospital, Singapore.
Dr Wang has a strong background in diagnostic pathology, education, and translational research, with over 150 publications, including peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, consensus guidelines, and datasets. She has held academic appointments as Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Oxford and Clinical Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School.
Actively engaged in the professional community, Dr Wang serves on the scientific committee of the annual Alpine Colorectal Meeting. She has previously served on the Pathology Section Committee of the British Society of Gastroenterology and the Editorial Advisory Board of Colorectal Disease.
