Dr. Wen-Juei Jeng obtained her M.D. degree from National Yang-Ming University in Taiwan between 1998 to 2005. She also received her PhD training from the same University between 2012 to 2022. After completing her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship training at the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (CGMH), Linkou branch, Taiwan, she became an attending physician of Hepatology in 2010 and an Associate Professor in Chang Gung University. She currently serves as a Physician Scientist at CGMH since 2019. Furthermore, she serves as the Deputy Director of Clinical Trial Center at CGMH. Dr. Jeng’s research interests primarily lie in viral hepatitis, specifically HBV management, HBV finite treatment, new drugs clinical trials, and clinical/translational hepatology. She is an active member of TASL, EASL, and AASLD and has contributed to the peer-review process for numerous top international journals. She also serves in the editorial board of Hepatology communication and Associate Editor for Journal Hepatology
