Professor in the Department of Gastroenterology and Human Nutrition at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Associate Dean of Research at the Institute from April 2018 to April 2024. AIIMS is the pioneer medical research institution of India.
Research interests include inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Abdominal Tuberculosis, GI immunology and Gut microbiome. Google H Index of 64 and more than 350 publications.
